VOIP is an acronym for Voice Over Internet Protocol, or in more common terms phone service over the Internet.
We offer VoIP services for small to medium businesses. The service includes an onsite PBX as well as a large array of different VoIP devices for use with the PBX. This includes VoIP handsets and a number of devices for converting analog devices to IP for use with the VoIP PBX. As wireless devices are becoming more readily available and their costs are also becoming more affordable they are also starting to become an option for deployment in small to medium business networks. This also included wireless VoIP handsets which are now more readily available. A combination of DECT and VoIP improves the relaibility of the wireless solution.
Some people use VOIP in addition to their traditional phone service, since VOIP service providers usually offer lower rates than traditional phone lines. Many of these providers are only interested in the large corporates. This is where we can differentiate ourselves. We offer a broad range of services which includes monthly services which allow us to give our customers a more personal service instead of the once size fits all approach to which people are accustomed.
